Description
Custom product boxes for every need
The structure has to match the job. Straight and reverse tuck end cartons suit retail shelves. Auto-lock crash bottoms take more weight through the base and set up in one movement. Roll end tuck top mailers close without tape for ecommerce. Regular slotted cartons handle bulk. Two-piece rigid, sleeve and tray, and magnetic closure boxes carry gift positioning. Window boxes in PET, RPET or paper film show the product without opening the pack.
Why choose custom product boxes
The box controls how a customer first meets your product. A well-made custom box signals quality, carries the information that explains value, and cuts transit damage, usually the cheapest saving available to a growing brand.
It also affects freight. Carriers bill on dimensional weight, cubic inches divided by a divisor, commonly 139 on UPS and FedEx domestic, so a box sized to your product rather than a stock size can drop a billable pound or two per unit.
Material and construction that protects
SBS paperboard at 14pt to 24pt is light, prints cleanly and suits retail cartons. Kraft gives a natural look and takes white ink well. E flute at 1.5mm, B flute at 3mm and C flute at 4mm cover parcel and wholesale shipping, with BC double wall for heavy loads. Single wall at 32 ECT covers most courier routes, 44 ECT where stacking demands it. Rigid greyboard runs 1.5mm to 2.5mm, 2mm being usual.
Inserts hold the product still, which is where most transit damage is prevented. Die-cut corrugated fitments, moulded pulp, folded paperboard platforms, and EVA or PE foam for fragile contents. Where a retailer wants transit evidence we build to ISTA 3A or ASTM D4169.
Printing and finishes that reflect your brand
Full-colour CMYK handles photographic artwork and gradients, and Pantone spot colours hold brand hues across reprints. Digital suits short runs and SKU variants, offset litho suits volume, and litho-lamination puts retail-grade print on a corrugated shipper.
Lamination, soft touch, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and spot UV add tactile accents. On dark solids, anti-scuff varnish is worth specifying, since standard matte film shows handling marks. Interior print costs little and changes the moment the box opens.
Send artwork as AI, PDF, PSD or EPS at 300 dpi with 3mm bleed, or send a logo and brief and our team builds the dieline free.
Eco-friendly options
FSC certified board, recycled kraft, PCR content and soy based inks are available across formats, with paper-first inserts and moulded pulp replacing plastic where the product allows.
We will not make unverifiable claims. Plain paperboard and corrugated are accepted in most US recycling programs. Lamination, foil and film windows usually take a box out of that stream, and paper-based window film is the alternative. We show you what your specification supports rather than printing a general mark.
Industry fit
Cosmetics, food and beverage, electronics accessories, jewellery, health and wellness, and small-batch retail goods. Food-contact builds use greaseproof liners and materials compliant with FDA 21 CFR 176.170. Product boxes also suit limited drops and seasonal runs, where artwork changes but the dieline stays the same.
Why Multiple Packages
We help you choose materials that protect without excess cost, verify colour and dielines in prepress, and run quality checks before despatch. A free dieline comes with every quote, and nothing prints until you approve the proof.
Low-MOQ ordering starts product boxes from 100 units, so a launch run and a scale-up run share one setup. Production takes about 7 to 10 business days after proof approval, rush from 4 to 5 days on print ready artwork, with free US shipping.
