Description
Customized variety
Face oils, cleansers, serums, moisturisers and sheet masks all need different packaging, and the container sets the dimensions. A 30ml dropper bottle usually needs an interior around 1.75 by 1.75 by 3.9 inches. A 50ml cream jar sits nearer 2.5 inches square. Tubes, pumps and airless bottles each need their own cavity, so we cut the dieline to the container you actually fill.
Skin care formulas bring one problem most categories do not. Oils and emollients migrate into uncoated paperboard and leave marks that show through light artwork. An aqueous or barrier coating on the inner surface stops that, and it is worth specifying for any oil-based product.
The power of customization: your vision, our expertise
Packaging is where your positioning becomes something a customer can hold. A clinical brand reads through white space and restrained type, a botanical one through kraft and texture, a luxury line through weight and a tactile finish. We match structure, material and finish to that story.
Panels are laid out for what cosmetics must carry in the US under 21 CFR 701 and MoCRA: product identity, net contents in fluid ounces and millilitres, the ingredient list in descending order using INCI names, and the name and place of business. For EU sale we add the period-after-opening symbol and responsible person details. Confirming label accuracy is the brand’s responsibility.
Materials for every brand
Paperboard. SBS at 14pt to 24pt is versatile and cost effective, with a smooth surface for sharp printing. It is the standard for most skin care cartons.
Eco-friendly kraft. A natural, premium look for brands that lead with sustainability. It takes white ink well.
Premium rigid boxes. Greyboard from 1.5mm to 2.5mm wrapped in printed paper, for luxury lines and gift sets.
Inserts hold glass still in transit. Folded paperboard platforms are standard, moulded pulp keeps the pack plastic free, and EVA foam suits multi-item gift sets.
Finishes that speak volumes
Matte lamination. A refined, non-reflective surface that feels smooth in the hand.
Gloss lamination. A bright surface that lifts colour and catches light.
Soft-touch coating. A velvety finish that signals a high-end product before the box is opened.
On dark matte artwork, add an anti-scuff layer. Skin care boxes get handled repeatedly on a shelf, and standard matte film shows fingerprints.
High-impact add-ons
Foil stamping. Gold, silver, rose gold or holographic foil on your logo or product name.
Spot UV. A glossy, raised effect on chosen areas for contrast against matte.
Embossing and debossing. A sculpted texture that adds depth to your branding.
Designed for protection, crafted for impression
Our skin care boxes are built to survive shipping and handling, whether they go direct to customers or onto shelves. Precise die-cutting, the right board grade and a fitted insert get glass there intact. Tamper-evident tear strips and seal-end cartons are available where retailers ask for them.
FSC certified board, recycled kraft, PCR content and soy based inks are available throughout. Plain paperboard and kraft cartons are recyclable in most US programs. Lamination, foil and film windows usually take a box out of that stream, so we confirm which claim your build supports.
Low-MOQ ordering starts skin care boxes from 100 units, so you can test a new serum before committing to volume. A free dieline and digital proof come before anything prints. Production takes about 7 to 10 business days after approval, rush from 4 to 5 days, with free US shipping. Send your container dimensions and quantity for a quote.
FAQs
What is the minimum order for custom skin care boxes? Low MOQ ordering starts from 100 units per design, which suits launches, test products and seasonal sets.
What must be printed on a skin care box in the US? Product identity, net contents in fl oz and ml, the INCI ingredient list in descending order, and the business name and address, under 21 CFR 701 and MoCRA.
Will oil-based products stain the box? They can migrate into uncoated board. An aqueous or barrier coating on the inner surface prevents it.
Are skin care boxes recyclable? Plain paperboard and kraft are accepted in most US programs. Laminated, foiled and film-windowed boxes usually are not.
