Why wallet boxes matter
Whether you are a wholesale supplier, a boutique or a retail brand, the box carries your standards. A premium wallet should arrive unmarked and look worth its price.
Sizing starts from the wallet. A bifold folds to roughly 4.5 by 3.5 inches, a trifold to 4.3 by 3.5, a cardholder to 4.1 by 2.8, and a long wallet nearer 7.5 by 4 inches. Most bifolds fit an interior around 5 by 4 by 1.5 inches. Send a wallet or its closed dimensions and we cut the dieline to it.
Practical design with a premium feel
Leather has to breathe. Sealed in a poly bag it can bloom with mould in a humid container or warehouse, so a cotton dust bag and an unsealed box are safer for anything travelling far or sitting in stock. Acid-free tissue avoids transfer onto the surface, and a silica gel sachet handles residual moisture.
Pressure is the other risk. A cavity cut too tight leaves an impression in soft leather that does not fall out, so we size cavities with that clearance built in.
Boards run 1.5mm to 2mm greyboard for rigid builds, wrapped in printed paper, textured stock, linen or leatherette, with SBS at 18pt to 24pt for retail cartons and E flute for ecommerce mailers.
Custom wallet boxes for brands
Print full CMYK with Pantone matching, and add foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, soft-touch coating or lamination. A blind deboss of your logo on a textured wrap is the most requested finish in leather goods, since it echoes the way the product itself is marked.
Structures include two-piece rigid boxes, magnetic closure boxes, drawer and slide boxes, book-style boxes with a ribbon pull, sleeve and tray sets, window boxes and hanging cartons.
Where the box is the retail pack, we lay out panels for material, country of origin and care instructions. If the product is not genuine leather, the FTC leather guides require that to be disclosed. We print what you supply, and confirming material claims is the brand’s responsibility.
B2B wallet box packaging for industries
Brands, retailers and distributors buy in bulk for consistency as much as cost. Colour is managed across runs so a reorder matches the original.
Low-MOQ ordering starts wallet boxes from 100 units, so a small workshop can package a first collection properly, with bulk pricing as volume grows. Digital printing runs style or colourway variants off one dieline with no new plate per SKU.
Applications beyond retail
Corporate gifting. Branded wallets in rigid boxes with a foil logo and a card slot for a message.
Promotional events. Display-ready window and hanging boxes for launches and exhibitions.
Ecommerce. A printed mailer around the retail box, so the wallet arrives unmarked.
Why choose Multiple Packages?
Strong, durable materials specified against how the pack is handled.

Customization options across structure, board, colour, finish and insert.
Cost-effective bulk availability for retailers and wholesalers, with wholesale pricing at volume.
Consistency and reliability through colour management, a free dieline and a proof on every order.
FSC certified board, recycled kraft, PCR content and soy based inks are available. Plain paper-wrapped and uncoated boxes are recyclable in most US programs, while lamination, foil and leatherette wraps usually are not.
Enhance your branding with Multiple Packages

FAQs
What is the minimum order for custom wallet boxes? Low MOQ ordering starts from 100 units, so a small leather brand can package a first collection without holding excess stock.
What size box does a wallet need? A bifold usually fits an interior around 5 by 4 by 1.5 inches. Trifolds, cardholders and long wallets each need their own dieline.
How do you stop leather being damaged in the box? Leave it room to breathe, use a cotton dust bag and acid-free tissue rather than sealed plastic, and cut the cavity so it supports the wallet without marking it.
What has to be printed on the box? Material, country of origin and care instructions. If the product is not genuine leather, the FTC leather guides require that to be disclosed.
