Why choose customized paper boxes
Our premium custom paper boxes let you tailor every detail to reflect your style. A well-designed box helps people remember your brand and trust you, whether that comes through your logo, your artwork or your choice of paperboard. We help you pick the right stock, structure, closure and finish for each box so that it looks right, packs well and feels like yours.
The structure decides how the box behaves. Straight tuck end and reverse tuck end cartons assemble by hand and suit retail shelves. Auto-lock crash bottom boxes snap into shape in one movement and take more weight through the base. Roll end tuck top mailers close without tape for ecommerce. Two-piece rigid and sleeve and tray formats carry gift and premium positioning. Window boxes in PET, RPET or paper based film show the product without opening the pack.
Board runs SBS at 14pt to 24pt where print quality matters, kraft for a natural finish, E flute corrugated at 1.5mm for shipping strength, and greyboard from 1.5mm to 2.5mm for rigid builds.
Materials and finishes that match your vision
Our design and production team makes sure every box carries a premium feel. Printing is full CMYK with Pantone matching for brand colour consistency, plus white ink on kraft. Finishes include matte and gloss lamination, soft touch coating, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and spot UV. Interior print costs little and changes the moment the box opens.
We know how important it is to specify responsibly. Most of our paper boxes can be made from FSC certified stock, recycled kraft or PCR content, with water-based and low-VOC coatings and soy based inks. They pack flat and use less plastic, which suits current brand commitments.
One point worth stating rather than glossing. Plain and uncoated paper boxes are recyclable in most US programs, while film lamination, foil and plastic windows usually take a box out of that stream. We will confirm which claim your exact specification supports instead of applying a general one.
Where paper boxes shine
These custom paper boxes are popular with boutiques for clothing, accessories and beauty products. Food-safe versions, built with greaseproof or grease-resistant liners and food-contact compliant materials under FDA 21 CFR 176.170, are used by cafés, bakeries and food producers for takeout and gifting. Event planners use them for welcome kits and branded gift sets, with fitted inserts holding each item in place. They also work for seasonal and promotional lines, where a printed box keeps circulating long after the sale.

FAQs
What is the minimum order for custom paper boxes?
Low MOQ ordering starts custom paper boxes from 100 units, so a small brand can print a proper run without warehousing stock. The same dieline scales to national volumes with no redesign.
What paperboard thickness should I choose?
14pt to 18pt suits light retail cartons and sleeves. 20pt to 24pt gives stiffness for heavier contents or peg display. Rigid builds use 1.5mm to 2.5mm greyboard, with 2mm the usual specification for gift boxes.
Are your paper boxes food safe?
Yes, with greaseproof or grease-resistant liners and food-contact compliant materials under FDA 21 CFR 176.170. Tell us what you are packing and we will specify the liner.
Are custom paper boxes recyclable?
Plain and uncoated paper boxes are accepted in most US curbside programs. Laminated, foiled and film-windowed boxes usually are not. Paper based window film is available if you want the whole pack to stay in the paper stream.
How long does production take?
About 7 to 10 business days after digital proof approval, with a rush option from 4 to 5 business days on print ready artwork. Rigid boxes and specialty finishes take longer.
Do you provide dielines and samples?
A free custom dieline comes with every quote, along with a digital proof and a 3D preview. Physical samples are available on request, and low-MOQ runs let you test a structure before committing to volume.
