Sixteen candles sit in a four by four grid, each in its own well so nothing rolls or knocks. We cut the wells to your candle: a 38mm tea light needs an interior around 7 by 7 by 1 inch, while 2 inch votives push it nearer 8.5 by 8.5 by 2.5 inches. Mini tapers lie flat in a channelled tray.
Inserts come in die-cut paperboard, moulded pulp or flocked foam. Paperboard and pulp keep the pack plastic free.
A personalised wish card
The wish list is the reason this set sells, so the box should carry it. We print a wish card, a lid interior or a belly band for the recipient to fill in. Digital printing runs name and occasion variants off one dieline with no new plate, which makes personalised runs practical at low volume.
Elegant and durable packaging
Rigid builds use 1.5mm to 2mm greyboard wrapped in printed paper, textured stock or linen, with a magnetic closure, ribbon pull or lift-off lid. A PET or paper window shows the candles without opening the box. Finishes include soft-touch, lamination, gold, silver or holographic foil, embossing, debossing and spot UV.
One detail worth specifying: scented candles give off oils that migrate into uncoated board over months in storage, marking pale artwork. An aqueous barrier coating on the inner surface prevents it, and it matters most on gift sets that sit in stock between seasons.

FSC certified board, recycled kraft, PCR content and soy based inks are available across every format, with moulded pulp inserts in place of foam.
